(1) MAGNIFICAT (My Soul Exalts God)

One of the most famous Latin prayers celebrating Mary, the mother of Jesus, from the Gospel of Luke (1,46) presented in an original composition and orchestration for polyphonic choir (SATB), pianoforte and strings.

(2) PADRE E` GIUNTA L'ORA (Father The Hour Has Come)
This moving composition, with lyrics in contemporary Italian, was inspired by the Gospel of John (17,1-15) in which Jesus, at the approach of what is now known as Good Friday, offers a despairing prayer to His Father that humanity might be saved and that Our Father not forget the followers of The Son. Originally composed and orchestrated for polyphonic choir (SATB), pianoforte, acoustic guitars and strings.

(4) Part 2 - MENTRE IL SILENZIO
(While Silence)

Main Theme / Pastorale.
This highly acclaimed prayer by the late theologist DAVID MARIA TUROLDO is set to music and orchestrated for polyphonic choir (SATB): with Prelude (Ecco Un'Aurora) for a cappella choir, and Main Theme Pastorale (Mentre Il Silenzio) for choir and strings.

(5) VENI SANCTE SPIRITUS (Come Holy Spirit)
The famous Gregorian Chant (800 A.D.), in Latin, with an original score composed and orchestrated for polyphonic choir (SATB), pianoforte and strings.

(6) SANCTUS (Holy)
The Millennium Choir is also recording a second CD featuring a new Mass. The Sanctus, however, is featured in the current Album/CD as well. The famous Latin lyrics, along with the beautiful verses by Isaiah (6,4-5) in contemporary Italian, are set to music and orchestrated for polyphonic choir (SATBB) and symphonic orchestra.

(7) AVE MARIA, MAI PIU` LA GUERRA
(Hail Mary, Let There Be No More War)
This is a new Ave Maria composed and orchestrated for lead tenor, polyphonic choir (SATBB) and orchestra. It features the famous Latin prayer as the verse, while the chorus, in Italian, is a message of peace inspired from a prayer called Mai Piu` La Guerra (Let There Be No More War), which the Pope delivered in Sarajevo (Bosnia) during His last visit in 1996.
