Using the natural materials that she loves, Lorenza Chiaramonte follows the organic make up of these materials to create her designs. The irregularity that results transforms each piece into a unique rhythm that articulates graciously and naturally on the body. Born in Milan, Italy, and now residing in New York City, Lorenza has a varied and interesting background. Her life experience combines with her expertise in working with metal and stone, both semi-precious and precious. Her work is truly a natural extension of herself. In addition to jewelry design, she has exhibited sculpture in top galleries around the world, and has designed for the theatre in Milan and New York. Lorenza is the exclusive designer for the H.P. France stores in Japan; and creates, develops, and produces for Liz Clairborne,Ann Taylor, Reinhardt Design in New York. She has been published in esteemed design magazines such as In-Style, Glamour, US Weekly, Mademoiselle, and Ladies Home Journal. Her clients for Reinhardt Designs include Takashymaya, Neiman Marcus , Saks 5th Avenue, Fred Seigal, Bendels, Nordstroms, Las Vegas Casino, MGM Mirage, Parisians Department Store, Anthropologie and Searle. In Milan, Lorenza designed and styled for Pellini Bijoux and her clients included Armani, Romeo Gigli, Christian Lacroix, and Max Mara.
